Nike has announced the arrival of the new Mercurial Vapor 17 and Superfly 11 boots.
ABOUT THE VAPOR
The Vapor 17 is presented as the lightest boot in Mercurial franchise history.
The shoe draws on athletics trainer references and features an Atomknit upper paired with the FlyLite plate.
The structure was designed to deliver immediate response, using rounded chevron-shaped studs for traction during direction changes and sharp cuts. According to Nike’s innovation leadership, the model focuses on minimalism to ensure stability and speed of movement.
ABOUT THE SUPERFLY
The Superfly 11 features visible Air Zoom technology positioned beneath the metatarsals.
The system responds to in-game load, supporting stability and speed progression.
This model marks the return of the low-cut collar — a feature absent since 2014 — and includes a FlyWeave Ultra upper for a precise fit.
